Appointment and Cancellation Policy for Appointments
Our goal is to provide a customized approach to wellness for our clients and your appointment time is set aside just for you. Becoming free of "dis-ease" requires a commitment, so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. When scheduling your first appointment, we will require your contact information, including home address, phone number and email address and credit card authorization on file.

We do not accept walk-ins. All services require an appointment.
Cancellation of an Appointment
In order to be respectful of the needs of the practitioner and other clients, please be courteous and call the Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call by 10 a.m. one (1) working day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to our services.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel appointments please call 813-393-6045. If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no show”.
No Show Policy
A“no show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it by 10 a.m. one (1) working day in advance. No-shows inconvenience those individuals who would like to make appointments. We reserve the right to bill a "no show" appointment $25, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Client Referral Program
The highest compliment we could receive is the referral of a family member or friend. Ask about our Client Referral Program. The new client as well as the referring client will receive Ten Dollars off their next visit of $50.00 or more.
